Le Touquet-Paris-Plage is a seaside town that sits on the tip of northern France. Located on the English Channel’s Côte d'Opale (Opal Coast), the resort boasts a wide, sandy beach that stretches for 11 kilometres.Le Touquet Beach is home to installations, a beautiful French carousel and beach bars in the summer. One of the most popular attractions in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage is the Marché Couvert or ‘covered market’. At this local hub, you’ll find row after row of fresh seafood, produce and cheese as well as clothes, shoes and toys. After admiring the unique architecture of the market, take a short walk to the Rue Saint-Jean, a pedestrian street lined with shops, cafés and art installations.
