Those interested in the Aymara culture can visit the Witches' Market, or Mercado de las Brujas. If you wish to experience La Paz in a different fashion, you can hop on the Mi Teleferico cable car system. With over 25 stations, such as Irpavi Teleférico Station or the Buenos Aires Teleferico Station, you'll be able to travel to and from the city while enjoying stunning views of the mountains. Another attraction to visit is the brightly-painted neighbourhood of Caralluma.

Since La Paz is surrounded by the Andes Mountain Range, an easy way to travel to this city is by plane. One of the hightest international airports in the world, El Alto International Airport is situated atop a cliff and is an attraction in itself.
